Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at support@sprypex.com and we'll make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it first and once accepted, place a new order.
